The Ph.D. program aims to equip candidates with deep expertise in their specialization and rigorous research training. Degree conferral depends on the student's comprehensive understanding of their discipline and proven capacity for autonomous investigation. Candidates must also demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. While fulfilling coursework, residency, and technical prerequisites is mandatory, these alone do not qualify for the doctoral degree.
