The Biomedical Imaging, Sensing, and Genomic Signal Processing research group unites faculty across multiple disciplines to concentrate on capturing and interpreting biomedical images and signals, processing genomic data, and developing nano/micro systems for biological and medical uses. Core coursework equips students with foundational knowledge in medical imaging technology, image processing techniques, genomic signal analysis, and biosensor development, supplemented by specialized elective options. Dedicated laboratory facilities support research in magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound technology, genomic signal processing, and integrated micro/nano/biological systems.
