The Bachelor of Arts program offers students a solid grounding in physics while allowing ample flexibility to select from numerous elective options. This enables learners to pursue additional academic interests. Certain electives may fulfill the criteria for a minor specialization. Students can tailor their academic path to prepare for diverse science-oriented careers, ranging from legal work in intellectual property and science journalism to physics education. While research participation isn't mandatory for the BA degree, students may engage with ongoing research initiatives within the Physics and Astronomy Department.
