The Education Specialist in Instructional Leadership offers two focus areas: Licensure and Non-Licensure. The Licensure track is designed for aspiring school principals, while the Non-Licensure option caters to professionals pursuing careers in higher education administration, athletic coordination, training roles, or lead teaching positions. Admission to the program requires the applicant to have a master's degree from an accredited university, a graduate cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or better on a 4.0 scale on the last graduate degree.
