The Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership offers two specialization paths: Pre K-12 and Higher Education Leadership. Those pursuing the PreK-12 track typically work in system-wide leadership roles within school districts, education departments, policy organizations, nonprofits, corporations, or foundations. Alumni often become professors, superintendents, nonprofit directors, curriculum specialists, early childhood program administrators, or vice presidents.
Students focusing on Higher Education generally work in colleges, universities, policy development, academic administration, or institutional research. They frequently serve as directors, vice presidents, university presidents, program coordinators, chancellors, or training specialists.
