Develop expertise in the physiological, biomechanical, and psychological components of physical activity and health behaviors
This Exercise Science program explores every dimension of human performance, covering foundational natural sciences, human anatomy and physiology, metabolic and muscular functions, along with research methodologies. Students can choose from three specialized pathways:
The general health and exercise science pathway equips graduates for diverse roles in corporate wellness, clinical physiology, medical fields, sports medicine, scientific research, public health initiatives, and various clinical healthcare positions.
The pre-physical therapy pathway enables undergraduates to fulfill partial prerequisites for advanced studies in physical therapy or similar disciplines while pursuing their bachelor's degree, featuring an adapted curriculum from the general track.
