The BSBA in Global Business entails completing 15-18 credits of Global Business coursework, along with 18-24 credits in a specialized major. Students pursuing Global Business are paired with a faculty advisor to help design their academic path and provide guidance on professional development. Any modifications to the Global Business curriculum must receive approval from the program's Director. Note that first and second-year Global Business courses within the General Education requirements vary from those in other business disciplines.
Global Business majors can pair their studies with one specialization, including accounting, business economics, big data and business analytics, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, management, information systems, or wealth management. Additionally, a global business minor is available to all students, whether enrolled in the Sawyer Business School or College of Arts & Sciences. Regardless of your choice, you'll gain foreign language proficiency, international experience, and access to internships. With numerous dual-degree possibilities and study abroad programs, you can customize your education to align with your career aspirations.
Given the personalized nature of this program, we advise coordinating your multi-year academic plan with the Undergraduate Programs Office.
