Baccalaureate degree (no preferred major required)
Achieved a minimum grade of C in all prerequisite courses below:
Natural Sciences: The following courses must be designated for science majors and include laboratory segments (except where noted) and have been completed within the last ten years:
Biology I & II (2 courses, labs required)
Chemistry I & II (2 courses, labs required)
Physics I & II (2 courses, labs required)
Physiology - select one of the following options:
One course in Anatomy and one course in Physiology (any type, lab not required)
OR
Two courses of Anatomy & Physiology (lab required, does not have to be designated for science majors)
One course in Psychology
One course in Statistics

A minimum overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.0
No more than two outstanding science prerequisite courses at the time of application, outstanding sciences cannot be in the same subject area.

HEALTH RELATED EXPERIENCE
Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
100 hours of volunteer or work experience with a physical therapist. At least 50 experience hours must be documented and submitted through PTCAS at the time of application. The PTCAS application file can be updated with the remaining hours prior to the close of the relevant admissions cycle.

An applicant must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.00 on a 4.00 point scale.

Graduate Record Examination (GRE). The general exam includes verbal, quantitative and analytical testing. Information about this test is available online at www.gre.org. Students must complete this exam by October 15th to apply for admission
