Acquire essential engineering design capabilities and focus on either optical engineering or naval engineering within Stevens' engineering curriculum.
Stevens Institute of Technology boasts a rich heritage in engineering instruction. The institution initially provided only a comprehensive general engineering program upon its establishment in 1871, which achieved early accreditation in the United States by 1934. Currently, this foundational program, now called the engineering program, enables students to pursue engineering studies with two specialized tracks.
Participants can opt to pursue naval engineering through the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Ocean Engineering, or select optical engineering offered by the Department of Physics.
Students must have completed high school.
