This concentration enables students to examine policy and decision-making processes from the perspective of political and ethical philosophy. The focus lies on understanding the core philosophical principles that underpin both public and private policy institutions. Participants explore political theories ranging from Ancient Greek thought to Enlightenment ideals and contemporary Modern concepts, while also addressing ethical considerations in policy formation. These fundamental principles can subsequently be implemented across diverse domains including healthcare, legal systems, corporate environments, academic institutions, government, charitable organizations, and ecological concerns.
