The Ford Dorsey Master's in International Policy (MIP) is a two-year, full-time professional graduate program. Students earn their M.A. degree by completing core and elective courses, specializing in a specific area, and finishing a capstone project. This interdisciplinary program encourages learners to take classes across various Stanford academic disciplines. The International Security specialization is overseen by FSI's Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC). Participants must take two mandatory courses and select at least three electives from the approved list below, totaling a minimum of 20 units.
