The School of Accountancy is committed to uncovering, interpreting, and sharing knowledge with students, peers, and the accounting field. Accounting entails recognizing, quantifying, and conveying financial data to help individuals make well-informed choices. Such information proves crucial for businesses, nonprofits, and other entities for both internal and external decision-making.
Our curriculum equips accounting undergraduates with fundamental knowledge across financial, tax, audit, management, and information systems accounting, enabling them to produce, evaluate, and share financial data. Degree holders should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in professional contexts. Additionally, graduates must be capable of solving complex accounting challenges and collaborating efficiently in both team-based and digital work environments.
