The mass media degree emphasizes communication across print and digital platforms. On-campus instruction is delivered by expert faculty members in the mass media curriculum. The program covers diverse subjects such as media studies, PR strategies, digital communication, and the intersection of politics and media. Graduates of this program will be prepared for various dynamic professions. SAU's student-run publication, The Bray, offers mass media majors valuable hands-on training. Primarily digital-focused, The Bray employs cutting-edge technology to simulate professional work environments. Participants can earn compensation through work-study arrangements while contributing to The Bray.
Students must have official transcripts and marks from your high school or college/university. We require a 2.0 minimum GPA for all the incoming freshmen students.
Minimum English Requirements (must meet one of the following)
A score of 500 or higher on the written TOEFL
A score of 173 or higher on the computerized TOEFL
A score of 61 or higher on the internet-based TOEFL
A score of Band 5.5 (overall) on the IELTS
A score of 43 or higher on PTE (Pearson Test of English)
A score of 90 or higher on Duolingo
