Among the most rapidly expanding scientific fields is biochemistry, a relatively young discipline. Biochemistry explores how atomic and molecular interactions drive biological functions in all living organisms—plants, animals, and humans alike. At SDSU, the Biochemistry B.S. program combines a strong chemistry core with essential elements of biology, physics, and mathematics to provide comprehensive undergraduate training.
