Associate's Degree
At Shoreline, you'll work through an Associate in Arts, AA-DTA Planning Guide (AA-DTA) to earn your degree. After graduating from Shoreline, you can transfer to a four-year institution. Most Physician Assistant (PA) programs are at the Master's level and mandate a Bachelor's degree for entry. While a handful of schools offer Bachelor's programs in PA studies, Washington State no longer has one. PA programs typically demand significant clinical experience - some institutions count volunteer hours, while others insist on paid healthcare work experience.
