Seton Hall University's School of Law and Stillman School of Business collaborate on a dual-degree program allowing students to earn both a law degree and an MBA in four years of full-time study. The MBA requires 42 credits and the JD needs 88 credits, with up to 12 credits transferable between the two schools. This combined program enables students to obtain both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Juris Doctor (JD) in four years instead of the typical five. Admission is restricted to full-time students holding bachelor's degrees from accredited institutions who are currently in their first year of law school. Prospective students must submit separate applications to both schools by May 1, clearly indicating their interest in the joint program. Current first-year law students may also apply during their initial year by submitting an MBA application and informing the law school of their intent. All applicants must complete either the LSAT or GRE for law school admission.
