The MACJ/JD Joint Degree Program offers flexibility in deciding where to begin your studies - either with the Department of Criminal Justice at the College of Arts and Sciences or at the School of Law during the initial year. You'll spend your second year at the alternate institution. The final two years combine coursework from both the MACJ program and Law School.
Admission to this joint program requires separate acceptance into both the School of Law and the Criminal Justice Department within the College of Arts and Sciences. Prospective applicants should review the Graduate Bulletin for each school's specific admission criteria. First-year students currently enrolled in either program who wish to pursue this joint degree must submit their application to the complementary program during their fall semester.
