Provide quality parent/child assistance. Recognize how social and cultural elements shape individual child development.
Support children in overcoming challenges and achieving developmental milestones.
Understand health and safety protocols including disease prevention, nutrition standards, immunization requirements, and illness recognition.
Deliver competent care for infants and young children. Address diversity considerations prevalent in early childhood education.
Apply knowledge of multilingual development phases and implement classroom strategies to support language growth.
