The Associate in Science for Transfer in Computer Science equips students with the core competencies needed to seamlessly transition to a Bachelor's program at any CSU institution. This specialized transfer degree (AA-T/AS-T), available at California Community Colleges, guarantees admission to a CSU campus in a related field, though not necessarily a specific location. Graduates receive priority admission to comparable programs and enjoy GPA benefits when applying to competitive CSU campuses or majors. Graduates of high schools or equivalent are eligible for admission, with the equivalent of a GPA of 2.0 or better.
Students must be 18 years or older by the start of the semester without restrictions.
