The Real Estate program equips students with essential courses to understand key aspects of the real estate field. This curriculum caters to anyone pursuing a career in real estate while specifically preparing students for professional licensing as salespersons and brokers. It includes the fundamental Real Estate Principles course required for the salesperson licensing exam. For those aiming to take the broker exam, the program offers all five mandatory courses (Real Estate Practice, Appraisal, Economics, Finance, and Legal Aspects) plus three additional electives. Note that these courses do not fulfill continuing education requirements for licensed salespersons or brokers.
Graduates of high schools or equivalent are eligible for admission, with the equivalent of a GPA of 2.0 or better.
Students must be 18 years or older by the start of the semester without restrictions.
