The Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology Master of Science (MS) program, delivered by the Psychology Department, equips students with core theoretical knowledge, research methodologies, and practical applications in I/O Psychology. This prepares graduates for diverse career paths in government institutions, mid-to-large corporations, HR and management consulting firms, and major research entities. With a strong focus on the scientist-practitioner model, the curriculum bridges academic theory with real-world organizational challenges, enabling students to effectively apply their expertise in professional settings.
Students must have completed either a baccalaureate degree (BA/BS) in psychology or any baccalaureate degree and a minimum of 30 semester (45 quarter) units in psychology, Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the last 60 semester units (90 quarter units) of all college and/or university course work
English Language Proficiency: IELTS: 6.5; TOEFL – 96 (IBT), paper based – 570, Computer based – 240; Pearson Test of English (PTE) – 53.
