The School of Journalism and Mass Communications provides a 30-credit, four-term Master of Science in Mass Communications program, concluding with a professional-level project. This curriculum helps students develop expertise in the principles and techniques shaping modern communication technologies across public relations, advertising, and journalism fields. Through elective courses, participants can customize their educational experience to align with personal career goals.
U.S. bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution, or the completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree from a recognized, accredited, and approved institution from a country outside of the U.S. A 2.5 GPA (from the 0.0-4.0 U.S. grading scale) in the last degree completed or a 2.5 GPA in the last two years of full-time study.
English Language Proficiency: IELTS: 6.5; TOEFL – 90 (IBT), paper based – 575, Computer based – 240; Pearson Test of English (PTE) – 53.
