The Master of Science in Financial Analytics (MSF) program, delivered through the Lucas College and Graduate School of Business, equips students for financial roles within non-financial organizations. This curriculum focuses on building expertise for corporate finance positions, fostering an evidence-driven approach and teaching practical application of financial concepts to corporate planning and analysis challenges. The coursework integrates accounting and finance principles while incorporating relevant technologies, shaping versatile professionals for corporate finance careers. Beyond technical proficiency, the program prioritizes communication abilities, professional growth, and career preparation.

This 30-unit MSF program provides two study options tailored to students' preferred timelines. The accelerated full-time path enables degree completion in one year, while the part-time option spans two years, catering to working professionals. Utilizing a hybrid model, the program blends online learning with on-campus evening and Saturday classes in eight-week cycles throughout the year. Campus sessions take place at SJSU. The MSF welcomes applicants from both business and non-business academic backgrounds.
