The School of Management's program equips students with the academic groundwork for careers focused on building and maintaining organizational competitiveness through strategic human capital management. This field of study addresses both long-term strategic planning and daily operational tasks across key areas including performance evaluation, HR planning and systems, hiring processes, staff training, compensation packages, and labor relations - all within a dynamic landscape shaped by global competition, technological advances, diversity considerations, and evolving regulations. Graduates are prepared for professional roles across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors.
Students must Earn a high school diploma, or equivalent and earn the equivalent of a U.S. 3.0 grade point average (GPA) or an average of “B” grades. Successfully complete three years of college preparatory mathematics with a minimum grade of “C-” or better.
English Language Requirements: IELTS - 6.0, TOEFL – 61 (IBT), Paper based – 500; Pearson Test of English (PTE) – 44.
