The Ecology and Evolution program offers Biology students a comprehensive curriculum covering conservation, wildlife management, entomology, zoology, and plant sciences. Students benefit from personalized guidance by expert faculty members in each specialization area. The program emphasizes experiential learning through numerous field-based courses that provide real-world training. Field study locations span diverse ecosystems including Bodega Bay, Rancho Del Oso, Big Basin, Santa Cruz Mountains, Ao Nuevo, Farallon Islands, Diablo Range, San Francisco Bay Area Wildlife Refuge, Central Coast, and Sierra Nevada regions.
Students must Earn a high school diploma, or equivalent and earn the equivalent of a U.S. 3.0 grade point average (GPA) or an average of “B” grades. Successfully complete three years of college preparatory mathematics with a minimum grade of “C-” or better.
English Language Requirements: IELTS - 6.0, TOEFL – 61 (IBT), Paper based – 500; Pearson Test of English (PTE) – 44.
