The Theatre Major, provided by the Department of Film and Theatre, focuses on building comprehensive skills in acting, directing, playwriting, stage design, and entertainment technologies. Students in the Theatre Arts program explore theatrical history and methodologies, with special attention to how theatre intersects with modern performance culture. After completing foundational core courses, students have the opportunity to concentrate their studies through specialized elective tracks within the program.
Students must Earn a high school diploma, or equivalent and earn the equivalent of a U.S. 3.0 grade point average (GPA) or an average of “B” grades. Successfully complete three years of college preparatory mathematics with a minimum grade of “C-” or better.
English Language Requirements: IELTS - 6.0, TOEFL – 61 (IBT), Paper based – 500; Pearson Test of English (PTE) – 44.
