The Cyber First Responders Occupational Skills Award equips emergency personnel with the knowledge to swiftly respond to digital threats targeting America's online systems, communication networks, and critical infrastructure.
SAC has been designated by the National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security as a National Center of Academic Excellence for Information Assurance at the 2-Year College level. Students can complete their CIS degree through traditional classroom settings or entirely via distance learning. Additionally, learners can obtain specialized certificates in various CIS disciplines while working toward their associate degree, allowing them to gain practical skills for immediate employment opportunities while continuing their education.
