The Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration (HESAA) is a program that doesn't require a thesis. The standard curriculum equips graduates for starting and mid-level careers across various college and university departments, including academic affairs, administration, institutional policy, public policy, and student services, applicable to both two-year and four-year institutions, multi-campus networks, governmental organizations, and foundations. The disability education specialization trains professionals for leadership roles in higher education, concentrating on disability services, inclusive practices, and ally development, covering aspects of student affairs, academic administration, enrollment strategies, and institutional policy. To complete the MA degree, participants enroll in two disability-focused courses, with the option to take three more classes to obtain the Certificate in Disability Administration in Higher Education.
