The Public Health program equips students with foundational knowledge of public health concepts and methodologies. This program offers two specialized pathways: Health Promotion and Health Administration. Through hands-on fieldwork, students acquire practical skills in public health, enhancing their readiness for professional careers or advanced academic pursuits.
Students can choose between two degree formats: the standard BS degree or the accelerated BS/MPH dual degree. The BS/MPH track caters to undergraduate Public Health majors aiming to continue into a Master of Public Health program. This integrated approach enables participants to obtain both a Bachelor's in Public Health and an MPH simultaneously. Those enrolled in the combined program may apply 12 graduate-level credits toward their undergraduate degree requirements.
