The Master of Arts in Training and Development equips graduates for leadership positions in instructional design, training coordination, e-learning, performance enhancement, consulting, and organizational change. Our innovative program pioneers curriculum alignment with the Association for Talent Development (previously known as American Society for Training and Development) Competencies, recently revised to match the latest Competency Model, guaranteeing students acquire sought-after skills for certification and workplace relevance. During the capstone course, learners create a professional portfolio showcasing work-related projects to exhibit their capabilities to potential employers. Our streamlined online curriculum provides flexible study options, enabling students to finish their degree in an accelerated one-year format or the standard two-year timeline.
