Students who care deeply about the environment and want to influence public policy will find the JD/MCEP Dual-Degree program ideal. Upon completion, graduates will possess all the necessary skills to drive meaningful progress where climate action meets environmental equity.

This combined program lets students obtain a Quinnipiac law degree alongside a Vermont Law School Master's in Climate and Environmental Policy in just three years - equivalent to earning a standalone JD. With flexible options, participants can fulfill MCEP requirements through online courses or summer studies at Vermont Law School.

The MCEP curriculum offers numerous elective choices, with three focus areas available: Climate Change, Environmental Justice, or Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) studies.

Every Quinnipiac Law student benefits equally from career services, our distinctive Bridge to Practice initiative, and an extensive network of alumni connections.
