Concentrating on the physical dimensions of the field, this program delivers comprehensive understanding of the chemical and earth science principles needed to address challenges ranging from contaminated land restoration to global warming.
Throughout this program, you'll develop skills to tackle pressing environmental concerns, including land decontamination, improving air quality, minimizing residential waste, and ensuring water purity. You'll study how substances travel through ecosystems and affect both human wellbeing and natural habitats. We prioritize analytical reasoning, information interpretation, and effective communication as core components of your research training.
Applicants must have official high school transcript(s) or GED test score report.
Test scores: Internet Based TOEFL (iBT) - 79 or higher; IELTS with a score of at least 6.5 or higher; British O-Level English Language Exam with a Grade of A or B on Ordinary Level of GCE/GCSE/IGCSE. PNW Undergraduate Admissions accepts a 100-110 Duolingo English Test score band.
