Graduates in this concentration might find employment in areas like: public and private museums, especially those dedicated to STEM outreach; private educational networks; nonprofit education outreach initiatives; testing and tutoring organizations; and companies focused on creating and enhancing learning tools, educational resources, and engineering curricula.
Their responsibilities could involve: designing engineering education materials, resources, activities, and instructional aids suitable for different age groups; managing content systems and supporting educational operations; developing assessments; and providing tutoring and proctoring services. Students often aim to continue their education at the graduate level.
