The human resource development (HRD) program meets the educational criteria set by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Students who complete this program can take the SHRM Certified Professional exam immediately, bypassing the typical two-year HR work experience requirement. The curriculum covers essential topics like compensation systems, diversity and inclusion practices, labor relations, international HR challenges, workforce retention strategies, comprehensive benefits packages, HR technology, data analysis, risk assessment, and strategic organizational planning.
