The Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics is provided by the Krannert School of Management. This challenging yet fulfilling program introduces students to modern economic systems and equips them with skills to assess economic issues and policy decisions. BS Economics students develop expertise in applying economic principles and interpreting data, preparing them for careers as analysts, advisors, managers, statisticians, financial professionals, and more across private enterprises, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. Our alumni consistently achieve strong career outcomes and are highly sought after. Approximately 25% of graduates immediately pursue advanced studies in economics, business, law, or related disciplines. Qualification Requirements
All students who plan to attend Purdue University are required to provide official, final transcripts. SAT or ACT scores with writing is strongly encouraged for international citizens. International citizens who submit an exceptional SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing(new), SAT Critical Reading(old), or ACT English score may be exempt from submitting additional scores.
