The Integrated Practices (IP) program offers comprehensive interdisciplinary education in both traditional and experimental art forms. Participants will develop skills spanning various disciplines like immersive environments, photographic and video arts, multimedia works, theatrical presentations, digital creations, context-responsive pieces, inquiry-driven methods, community art programs, interactive undertakings, and partnership-focused ventures. Addressing both cutting-edge developments and time-honored contemporary art forms, IP's coursework emphasizes thoughtful artistic discourse while highlighting connections between creators, their output, and target viewers within distinct societal, political, regional, and cultural frameworks.
All applicants to graduate programs at Pratt must have received a four year bachelor's degree from an institution in the United States that is accredited by a recognized regional association or have been awarded the equivalent of the bachelor's degree from an international institution of acceptable standards by the term in which they plan to enroll.
TOEFL score of 79 (internet and home test), TOEFL ITP Plus for China of 550, IELTS of 6.5, Duolingo of 105, or PTE of 53 is required.
