The Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology program enables graduates from community or technical colleges with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree to advance their education and career prospects. Applicants must hold an AAS with a technical focus in graphics and imaging and maintain a minimum 2.50 GPA. The program accepts up to 64 transfer credits from completed AAS degrees. By completing an additional 60 credit hours at Pittsburg State University, students earn a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) with a Technology major specializing in Digital and Print Media. High School Academic Records: A minimum GPA (grade point average) of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) in high school and have earned a high school diploma

International College/University Academic Records: A minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) in an accredited international post-secondary institution (college/university)

U.S. College/University Academic Records: A minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) if transferring from an accredited U.S. college with at least 24 credit hours (approximately one year of college work)

English Language Requirement

TOEFL score of at least 68 (iBT) is required. In addition, a minimum score of 15 is required in each section (internet).

IELTS: Overall score of 6.0 with a minimum score of 5.0. in each band of the IELTS is required. If a lower score is earned in any of the five band scores, the overall score cannot be accepted.

PTE: Overall score of 47.
