Developed by Pierce faculty, this roadmap charts the foundational courses for this career path. It offers a structured approach to earning your degree by detailing relevant courses tailored to your program and profession. The plan carefully balances credit hours while fulfilling degree prerequisites. Courses follow a suggested order; please arrange your schedule accordingly. If a course isn't available, choose the next suitable option in the sequence. Each course includes a rationale explaining its career relevance. You'll encounter elective choices throughout the roadmap - use the provided explanations and notes to select options matching your goals. Action steps are included to help maintain progress toward timely graduation. While this serves as an excellent guide for completing the Associate in Applied Science Construction Management, students bear ultimate responsibility for meeting all degree requirements. Graduates earning the Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree from one of Pierce College's specialized professional-technical programs will receive a degree bearing that program's name. Completion requires a minimum of 90 quarter credits (or equivalent), including all specified courses in an approved professional-technical program. These degrees are designed to prepare students for direct workforce entry.
