The AS-T Degree in Multimedia Arts with a focus on Film, Television, and Electronic Media provides students with core knowledge in film studies, audio, and media production. This interdisciplinary program cultivates analytical abilities, creative expression, and technical expertise for professional opportunities in film and digital media. Graduates of the AS-T program receive guaranteed benefits when transferring to the CSU system, including junior standing admission and priority consideration for multimedia arts or related majors at their local CSU campus. Transfer students can complete their bachelor's degree with a maximum of 60 additional units. The program requires completion of 60 transferable semester units, which must include: (1) Either IGETC or CSU GE Breadth Requirements and (2) 18 major-specific units with minimum C grades, plus a 2.0 overall GPA in transferable courses.
