The Liberal Arts Degree in Natural Sciences focuses on exploring the physical world, its organisms, and natural events. Learners will develop skills in experimental methods, hypothesis testing, and systematic inquiry as research approaches. They'll analyze how scientific and technological advancements interact with societal values and objectives, while gaining a nuanced perspective on science as a human pursuit—recognizing both its potential and constraints. To graduate, students need to pass 18 units across a minimum of two disciplines with a C grade or higher, choosing from:
Anthropology, Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Geography (excluding cultural studies), Geology, and Physics.
