Pepperdine stands alone as the sole program nationwide that integrates entertainment, media, and sports law with dispute resolution and business studies. Students can choose electives from the highly-ranked dispute resolution curriculum or collaborate with Pepperdine's Graziadio Business School to create a customized academic path.
Situated in Malibu's scenic hills, Pepperdine's prime location facilitates numerous entertainment, media, and sports law gatherings. These have featured events like the National Entertainment Moot Court Competition, eSports Symposium, Farmer's Field Mediation, and various symposiums covering topics such as Sports Arbitration, Doping and Sports Culture, Women in Hollywood: A Century of Systemic Negotiation, The Evolving Landscape of College Athletics, and others.
Applicants for admission to the Master of Law (LL.M.) program must have completed the first degree in law required for law practice or law teaching in the country in which law studies were pursued.
All international applicants are required to demonstrate English proficiency by taking the TOEFL or IELTS exam.
