The Master of Arts in Religion degree features five concentration areas: Old Testament, New Testament, Church History, Ministry, and Christian Thought. Prospective students applying for the Master of Arts in Religion, Master of Divinity, or Master of Science in Ministry must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution before beginning graduate studies. Either a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is mandatory, along with meeting all specified program prerequisites. Applicants bear full responsibility for ensuring all admission requirements are satisfied when their application undergoes review.
It is expected that applicants for a master of arts in religion, master of divinity, or master of science in ministry have completed a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university prior to the time of graduate matriculation. A bachelor of arts or a bachelor of science degree is required along with any other prerequisites listed for this graduate program. It is the responsibility of the applicant to be certain all requirements have been met at the time the file is considered for admission.
All students whose native language is not English must submit scores on the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language). A minimum total score of 600 (paper-based), 250 (computer-based), or 100 (iBT version) is required.
