The Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership (EDOL) program equips students for diverse leadership positions, enabling them to drive organizational transformation for peak performance and development. This program suits experienced leaders seeking career advancement and emerging executives aiming to elevate their academic and professional aspirations.
This cohort-based doctoral program follows the practitioner-scholar approach, integrating academic study, practical training, and research. Students develop expertise in leadership theory, learning methodologies, and policy through demanding coursework and hands-on experiences. Mandatory domestic and international travel components offer students worldwide insights into leadership and policy. The program concludes with a doctoral dissertation.
Duration - 3 years / 51 2 units per term for dissertation
All applicants must have a master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university. We do not require that applicants have a master's degree in a specific field; we take a holistic approach to application review.
We ask that candidates have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA from both their master's and baccalaureate programs;
International applicants whose native language is not English are required to submit a minimum passing score of 550 on the Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL). The computer-based TOEFL test requires a minimum passing score of 80.
As an alternative to the TOEFL, you may submit a score of at least 6.5 on the IELTS exam.
