Seaver College's accounting degree program equips students for professional paths in public accounting and related fields, offering comprehensive training in financial and managerial accounting for both business and non-business majors. The curriculum focuses on developing analytical skills and critical thinking, enriched with practical case studies and hands-on projects.
With its intimate class sizes, our accounting program fosters close faculty-student collaboration during coursework, career-focused networking, and social activities. Majors gain industry insights through interactions with alumni, professors, and accounting professionals. Prospective accounting students must fulfill 67-68 credit units plus seven additional general education requirements to earn their degree.
