The religion program at Seaver College provides foundational courses essential for comprehending Christian beliefs. Learners can opt to focus on specific disciplines such as biblical studies, historical theology, systematic theology, or applied ministry. Those pursuing religious studies are encouraged to write for the Leaven Journal and engage in ministerial internships.
This religious studies curriculum equips graduates for vocational ministry, nonprofit work, faith-based service, and advanced theological education. The religion degree also complements other Seaver undergraduate programs, serving as excellent preparation for postgraduate studies in fields like social sciences, business, law, public policy, and ethical studies.
