This program equips students for leadership roles or advanced studies in healthcare management and policy. Participants gain expertise to tackle the societal challenge of delivering affordable, high-quality healthcare. Every Health Policy and Administration student undertakes a professional internship, building practical experience and industry connections. The interdisciplinary curriculum trains future healthcare administrators and analysts. Healthcare administrators, sometimes called executives, oversee medical facilities, departments, or provider practices. Analysts play crucial roles across the industry by collecting, processing, and interpreting data for providers, insurers, and policymakers. These professionals track healthcare trends and support data-driven decision making. Both roles require adaptability to evolving healthcare laws, technologies, and regulations. Graduates also pursue advanced degrees in various fields including business, law, medicine, health administration, and public health.
