The PsyD in School-Clinical Child Psychology equips graduates to become licensed psychologists specializing in both school and clinical psychology through evidence-based approaches. This program uniquely trains professionals to offer clinical and educational consultation across school and healthcare environments, supporting children and families through diverse service systems. Following a practitioner-scholar model, it develops psychologists capable of delivering direct services while incorporating indirect interventions from multiple theoretical frameworks. As a STEM-designated program, it focuses on cutting-edge technological competencies sought by U.S. employers. International students attending on F-1 visas qualify for an extended 24-month OPT period, allowing up to 3 years of post-graduation work authorization.
