3.0 GPA or better
Master’s degree or equivalent
Significant experience in an educational setting in areas such as primary, secondary or post-secondary teaching, community education, leadership administration, or curriculum development.
A four-year baccalaureate degree or international equivalent a professional degree or an appropriate US Canadian alternative degree from an regionally accredited US or recognized International college or university and a 45quarter credit equivalent graduate degree from a regionally accredited US or recognized International college or university with a cumulative B average equivalent 3.00 on a US 4.00 grading scale on the most recent graduate degree.

4. Writing Sample
Applicants should submit one example of academic or professional writing (e.g. something you have published, a master's thesis, or a paper that you submitted to fulfill graduate course requirements). The sample must have been authored exclusively by the applicant. The purpose is to demonstrate your ability to write analytical English prose. A reasonable sample will be about 10 pages, double-spaced.

All coursework: graduate and undergraduate. Please note that colleges and universities may take up to one month to send transcripts. Please plan accordingly.
Applicants from OSU academic programs do not need to submit official OSU transcripts.
Unofficial transcripts will be accepted for the initial application. If admitted, final official transcripts showing degrees earned from your postsecondary institutions must be received by the Graduate School prior to your first term.
