The SCLM program emphasizes statistical modeling, forecasting, and operations research methods for addressing supply and demand planning challenges, logistics operations, supply chain coordination, and system dynamics. The coursework covers forecasting methods, linear programming, contract evaluation, ERP platforms, project leadership, simulation, social network assessment, data extraction, information visualization, text analysis, and sophisticated statistical approaches. Alumni will develop expertise in evaluating governance structures and institutional frameworks within global supply chains. They'll also acquire skills to translate, execute, and convey solutions that enhance stakeholder value and improve resource allocation.
