An undergraduate degree in Environmental Sciences delivers a comprehensive education that equips students to tackle pressing scientific and policy challenges such as climate change, pollution, biodiversity protection, sustainable practices, and responsible resource management. The Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences adopts an interdisciplinary framework for addressing environmental concerns. A focused specialization track
Additionally, every student fulfills at least 3 credits of hands-on learning through internships, research projects, study abroad programs, or field courses. This BS program prepares graduates for diverse career paths in government agencies, private sector organizations, non-profits, and educational institutions, as well as for advanced academic studies. The degree is available at Corvallis campus, online via Ecampus, and at OSU-Cascades.
